Breast augmentation, also called breast prosthesis surgery or breast augmentation surgery, is a very common surgery that corrects the volume of the breasts by placing prostheses behind the mammary gland. The goal of breast augmentation is to bring the breasts that are insufficient in volume into harmony with the patient's appearance. Mastopexy, also called a breast lift or breast lift, is an operation that aims to lift the breast and focus it on itself. The expression "breast ptosis cure" is sometimes used. Indeed, breast ptosis refers to the sagging of the breast. However, whether this sagging is natural, genetic, linked to pregnancy, aging or even weight variations; it does not represent a disease in any way. More information in the description below.
What is breast augmentation surgery?
Breast augmentation is surgery to change the size and shape of the breasts. Breast augmentation is the most performed surgery in the world and has one of the most successful results of all plastic surgery operations.
Breast augmentation operation:

Increase Of TheNaturelleSmall Breasts
Breast augmentation can make your breasts look better. The surgery will just change the look of your breasts. You shouldn't wait for cosmetic surgery to change other aspects of your life. You have to decide for yourself whether you want to pass the transaction or not.
What do we take into account
when examining your chest?
We consider the height and weight of the patient. We use larger prostheses for tall and overweight patients. For example, D cup breasts may appear too large in a petite patient, whereas B cup breasts may appear small in a tall patient.
We consider the shape of the patient's rib cage. Some people have a tight rib cage even though they are tall. A petite patient may also have a large rib cage. Sometimes, too, the rib cage can be a pectus excavatus or a pectus caritanum.
We take into account the patient's existing breasts and breast tissue. If the patient has large enough breasts or enough breast tissue, a larger prosthesis can be used. But if there is not enough breast tissue to cover the prosthesis, a smaller prosthesis may be chosen. In short, the size of the prosthesis is determined based on the existing amount of breast tissue.
We take into account the rate of sagging of the patient's breasts. During breast augmentation, the breasts are also raised. Especially for patients who need a breast lift, with a dual plan technique, a scar-free breast lift can be performed. If the sagging increases, the prosthesis to be used should be larger. On the other hand, if the patient has soft breast tissue and had a large prosthesis, there will be sagging over time due to the weight on the breasts. Therefore, your ideal implant size should be determined by your doctor. Your doctor will help you choose the ideal prosthesis that is compatible with your body size.
We pay attention to the symmetry of the size of the breasts. Many women have asymmetry in their breasts and this is completely normal. If this is not detectable from the outside, it does not need to be changed. If this is detectable from the outside, a larger prosthesis should be used for the small breast.
How long does breast augmentation surgery take?
In about 40 to 45 minutes, we finish the surgery and we give our patients the breasts they dream of. It is quick surgery and it heals quickly.
All women have the right to have beautiful breasts.
It is getting easier and easier to access with the progress of medicine.
what is a breast lift?
Breast lift is a cosmetic surgery that aims to remove excess skin from the chest to lift sagging breasts.
Indications: in which cases to do it?
Breast lift is for women who have sagging breasts or whose areola is too low. This sagging breasts may be related to pregnancy, aging, or weight change.
Techniques
There are three main breast lift techniques, the choice of which depends on the surgeon but also on the degree of sagging of the breast:
- the areolar incision, i.e. around the nipple
- the areolar and vertical incision which starts from the nipple and goes down to under the fold of the breast.
- the incision of the inverted T "that is to say with a scar around the nipple to the fold of the breast",
Course of the operation
The operation lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes, under general anesthesia. The patient enters at 12 noon and leaves the next morning. Absorbable threads which leave by themselves are placed. A suitable dressing is placed for a few days. Pain, acceptable, is controlled by analgesics.
Results
The result is visible immediately but it is appreciated from the end of the first month, when the breasts regain a natural shape.
Convalescence
A compression bra replaces the modeling bandage. The patient must wear it for a month. Depending on the patient's activity, it takes 1 to 3 weeks to stop. Healing is monitored in regular consultation, alternating with a home nurse. Usually, it takes ten days to heal completely. Sport should not be resumed for a month.
