• Disinfection processes are carried out at each entry and exit.
• All areas and surfaces with which our customers come in contact are frequently disinfected.
• Our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in the washing machine with detergent at 60-90 degrees.
Cleaning and disinfection of villas and hotels:
All kinds of cleaning and disinfection procedures are carried out before our clients enter their villas or hotels. The disinfection processes are disinfected by "CERTIFIED" companies with special equipment and chemicals that are harmless to health.
Swimming pool cleaning and disinfection operations
All the villas we offer have private swimming pools. These pools are maintained and checked every other day and the chlorine and cleaning products used are sufficient for the disinfection process.

The Corona virus (Covid-19) epidemic, which is deeply affecting our country as well as the whole world, is also negatively affecting our valued guests who want to take a vacation. At this point we would like you to know that we have taken the necessary precautions to avoid victimizing our customers who have booked or are considering booking.
Travel ban, etc. that affect our customers' reservation dates due to the virus. If there are any restrictions or prohibitions, we can reserve your deposit on your behalf so that you can reveal your reservation and use it on another date during the year.
NOTE:
If you set a new booking date in suspended bookings, pricing is evaluated on the new dates selected. There may be price differences in this regard.
The price of heating the swimming pool in our villas may also vary depending on the new reservation date chosen.

The "Safe Tourism" certification program
Recently Mr. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of Culture and Tourism, and Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met the Ambassadors of countries sending tourists to Turkey. On the occasion of this event, Turkey presented its "Safe Tourism" certification program. In addition, Minister Ersoy stressed the exclusivity of this program, adding that it was "among the first in the world".
The aim of this new action plan is to demonstrate Turkey's effectiveness in the face of the unprecedented health situation linked to the Covid-19 epidemic. Thus, the program sets out the various measures put in place by the Turkish government to ensure the reopening of the destination and the safety of visitors to its territory.

Measure n ° 1: tourist insurance
As part of the "Safe Tourism" certification program, Turkey now offers foreigners between the ages of 0 and 65 the benefit of protection and support insurance against Covid-19. This supplemental travel insurance is available from contracted airlines, tour operators, online travel agencies and various outlets at airports.
Its conditions give tourists access to private and public hospitals approved by the Turkish government. The insurance policy is also committed to reimbursing medical expenses in the event of contracting Covid-19. Its duration is limited according to the duration of the trip.
In the event of a longer stay than expected at the hotel due to illness, insurance covering the costs of the stay is also available.
Measure 2: evaluation of restaurants and accommodation
In order to guarantee the safety of its tourists, the Turkish government has established a system of rating scales for hotels and restaurants.
The main objective is to prevent Covid-19 through stricter health and safety measures, and training planning to prepare staff for new health procedures. Thus, this new policy allows tourists to be reassured about the service offered and to approach their stay more calmly.
Measure n ° 3: airport policy
Faced with the global pandemic, Turkey has adopted new procedures at its airports to ensure the safety of passengers.
